시흥시(시장 임병택)는 여름 휴가철 해외여행객 증가에 따라 최근 동지중해 지역을 중심으로 발생이 늘고 있는 크리미안콩고출혈열(Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever·CCHF) 예방수칙 준수를 당부했다.질병관리청에 따르면 7월 14일 기준 전 세계 11개국에서 크리미안콩고출혈열 의심 또는 확진 환자가 최소 1,473명 발생했으며, 사망자는 78명 이상으로 집계됐다. 환자 대부분은 동지중해 지역에서 발생했다. 특히 아프가니스탄(확진 1,150명), 이라크(확진 270명), 카자흐스탄(확진 22명), 튀르키예(11명)
