고용노동부는 하반기에도 30인 미만 소규모 기업을 대상으로 정규직 전환 지원을 이어간다. 노동부에 따르면 올해 1월 재개한 정규직 전환 지원 사업의 상반기 추진 실적이 금년 목표 인원 2,010명 대비 1,247명(62.0%)로 나타나났다. 정규직 전환 지원금은 6개월 이상 근속한 비정규직 노동자를 정규직으로 전환하거나 직접 고용한 30인 미만 기업을 대상으로 한다. 지원 대상은 고용보험 피보험자 30인 미만인 우선지원대상·중견기업이고 지원금액은 기본 40만 원 + (전환 후 월평균 임금이 20만원 이상 인상된 경우)
